Event Equipment
The Ohio Union has a wide array of equipment that may be made available for your event, including staging, dance floors and podiums. Your Event Coordinator can assist you in determining your equipment needs and provide you with pricing information. If you are in need of equipment for your event that we do not already have, your Event Coordinator can secure those items for you from one of our recommended vendors.
Tents and Inflatables
Should your event require a tent or inflatable items, there are certain policies and procedures that must be followed. Please refer to this document from the Ohio Department of Commerce for requirements and restrictions.
You will also be required to secure a tent permit. The permit form can be found here.
